I've never tried henna, is it a permanent or semi-permanent dye?
Sounds like fun! I buy my hair colour at a beauty supply store, so I get the colour and developer separate.
I use Loreal Preference products. The developer is 20 vol. and the colour is Mega Reds, Light Intense Golden Copper.
The next colour to the left will be lighter and mostly orange, which I did for a while, and the colour on the right has a lot more redness to it. I also tried that for a while, but ended up lovin, the colour right in the middle!! and that's what I stick with...
Sounds great, glad you've found the perfect colour. Henna is a permanent plant dye and sticks to the hair quite strongly and that's why I'm a bit hesitant to use it for it's not coming off any time soon when you dye.. But maybe it'll turn out good and I'll stick with the red hair.
my natural colour is reddish brown, but I dye it light intense copper.

thanks for all the henna info! Best of luck with it! and I have to say
I went blonde for a short time, and I didn't get any attention that way
but redheads get noticed!!!
